Job Summary
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer.
Linux/UNIX system troubleshooting experience.
Development experience with JavaScript or other high-level programming languages.
Familiarity with web-based user interfaces (HTML XML CSS).
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ten (10) years experience as SA in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity is required. Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree. Compliance with DOD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAT Level II. (CCNA SECURITY; GICSP; GSEC; Security ; SSCP)
Experience managing a self-hosted ServiceNow instance including performing required upgrades to core ServiceNow applications.
Java development experience.
Experience reviewing processes and implementing efficiencies.
ServiceNow certifications are a plus (e.g. Administrator Developer).
