We are seeking the best talent for the position Marketing Assistant.

Purpose: As The Marketing Assistant you provide support for internal teams in the Administration & operational functions. Follows routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy timeliness and quality of deliverables. Maintains high standards of professionalism efficiency and personal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of the Advertising and Promotion activities
• Help coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral ensuring quality and consistency
• Maintain and update the marketing materials repository ensuring easy access for local team
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and create user-friendly dashboards
• Partner closely with Local Marketing and Sales Teams to gather input on customer needs and ensure strong alignment with marketing strategy
• Construction of marketing execution reports (Budget New Product Launches follow ups Key performance indicators for sales product adoption productivity Tactical Plans One Force) to strengthen the decision-making of the team.
• Support the Portfolio management for the cluster based on technical sheets creation product codification regulatory status follow up
• Support in the digital strategy execution for the marketing team including update of the external and internal websites calendar distribution lists communications.

Requirements:

• A valid Disability Certificate issued in accordance with Resolution 1197 of 2024 by the Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.
• University/bachelors degree in business management industrial engineering or related careers)
• Languages required: Advanced English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Power BI)
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
