Oasis Academy Hadley is looking for a bold energetic leader to head up Art & Technology. Someone who can bring a team together raise the bar on teaching and learning and make the creative curriculum a genuine heartbeat of the school.

The role

As Head of Art & Technology youll lead the team with clarity and passion - ensuring students experience a creative curriculum that is ambitious inclusive and brilliantly taught.

You will:

• Lead develop and inspire the Art & Technology team driving strong outcomes and a culture of excellent teaching.
• Shape and refine the curriculum so it builds skill confidence and creativity and meets the needs of all learners.
• Coach and support colleagues through thoughtful line management collaboration and day-to-day leadership.
• Use assessment and data intelligently to keep standards high and close gaps quickly.
• Contribute to wider Academy life - enrichment matters here and creative subjects are a big part of what makes school memorable.
