Join Us as the Head of Creative at Boots!

The B-Hive is an in-house creative agency bringing to life the creative needs of some of the most recognizable brands in the beauty industry including No7 Soap & Glory Liz Earle and Boots. We combine the capability of an external creative and production team with the speed flexibility and in-depth brand knowledge of an in-house set-up underpinned by years of experience dedicated to Boots and No7 Beauty Company.

Reporting to the Head of B-Hive youll be responsible for shaping and overseeing the creative direction & output of all projects for The B-Hive ensuring all creative & ideation is aligned with the BVI purpose and vision of our brands and their strategy. You will also steer the agencys creative identity and be responsible for its creative reputation as a whole.

As an agency with plans for exponential growth were looking for a creative powerhouse to help us drive that mission. Leading a talented team of thinkers and doers were looking for someone who can inspire others while taking our creative output to a new level. The ideal candidate will be a prolific generator of big creative ideas understanding the art of ideation that connects with consumers. Youll bring a mix of marketing expertise and business acumen to the role promoting our company and those of our valued clients.

Leading a large team were looking for an experienced manager of people someone who can strike the in-house agency balance of agile creative thinking & entepreurship and living the behaviours and value of Walgreen Boots Alliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Vision: Develop and communicate a clear creative vision for projects campaigns or brands together with big idea generation and conceptual thinking
• Lead and inspire creative teams across design copy creative production and motion graphics instil & promote consistent behaviours across the team
• Create strong client relationships at the highest level demonstrate a deep understanding of the vision strategy BVI and purpose of our brands and how The B-Hive can contribute to their success
• Uphold the highest standards for creative standards ensure our final execution meets & exceeds client expectations
• Superb presentation skills; the ability to articulately pitch creative ideas and concepts to clients (& senior audiences) with passion and enthusiasm
• Provide entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative workplace that has consistent growth YOY

What Youll Need to Have

• Senior leadership experience in a creative agency or related environment.
• Proven track record in creating impactful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
• Strong creative vision aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A degree in Marketing Advertising Design or a related field.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

• Experience managing high-value accounts.
• A coaching mindset with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Tenacity and resilience under pressure.
