Job Summary
The PMM team at Razorpay is responsible for identifying new product innovation opportunities as well as maximizing the potential of our existing products. They are aligned with individual products and own them through the product journey. Responsible for the growth of the product aligned to company goals the PMM is expected to be the internal and external evangelist. They are responsible for launching the product as well identifying new avenues and opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Product Marketing Strategy: Own the local maxima for your product. Define and execute GTM for new launches and campaigns for driving growth.
- Go-to-Market: Devise a go-to-market strategy to achieve overall business targets with cross collaboration with sales marketing and product teams. Prepare compelling solution sales plays for multiple buyer personas solving for differentiated business needs. Strong data inclination to drive GTMs.
- Market Landscaping and Research: Talk to customers conduct market research work with our product analysts and acquire insights that will deepen our understanding of target market segments and relevant audiences.
- Product Evangelist - Act as an evangelist for your product internally and externally. Create brand awareness for your product inline with the Razorpay payments and overall Razorpay brand.
- Optimize Across the Funnel: Work closely with Sales analytics Product and Marketing to continuously optimize and track the funnel for your products.
- Product Innovation: Be on top of the voice of the customer as well as the happenings in the competitive landscape and the industry as a whole to include the product roadmap.
- Enable User-Facing Teams: Enable and train the Sales Marketing and Customer Success teams by owning and driving the creation of collaterals content and demo. Enable sales and business teams with lead generation industry fitments as well as through sales kits and various collaterals such as testimonials case-studies to better the conversion funnel
Desired Skills and Experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Product marketing
- Exposure to Fintech and SAAS technology products in a marketing function is a plus
- Ability to interact and understand with executive management and C-Suite executives
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have a strong grip on metrics consumer research and macro trends
- You are ambitious and have a natural focus and bias towards outcomes
