We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team in Weybridge. This is a key role partnering with our Milk & Procurement and Trading teams to ensure accurate farmer payments milk cost forecasting and insightful reporting that supports strategic decision-making.
This role is based at our Weybridge office with the option to work from home up to one day per week subject to business need. Candidates must be able to work onsite a minimum of four days per week.
Work pattern: MondayFriday 37 hours per week.
YOULL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY
Leading monthly milk cost reporting and variance analysis in line with financial timetables.
Preparing payment reconciliations for 260 farms and resolving ad hoc queries with the Farm Business Centre.
Reviewing and improving financial systems and controls to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Supporting milk contract updates and ensuring accurate farmer payments via MAPS.
Managing invoicing for milk sales and producing month-end journals and forecast reports.
Delivering balance sheet reconciliations for milk creditors and haulage.
Ensuring timely completion of all accounting deadlines and maintaining robust financial controls.
Partnering with the Trading team on dairy commodity reporting and forecasting.
Owning Power BI dashboard development for Milk Procurement.
Providing support and cover for the Senior Procurement Analyst.
