Salary range:A stipend of $2400 per person
General Description:
Watertown Public Schools seeks ML Curriculum Review Team Members to review and update the current ML curriculum for Levels 1-3.
Responsibilities:
- Review the current curriculum and update it for the newly designated courses: ELD Level 12
- Submit the following products by 8/28/2026
- Submit Unit Plans (Stages 1-3 including a learning plan) at the end of each quarter into Atlas
- All work must meet CURATE Standards according to the NGESL and WIDA Prime rubrics
- The work must align with the WIDA 2020 and MA Content State Standards for the language of Math Science Social Studies and ELA.
- The curriculum will include a variety of assessments provide consistent immediate feedback on student learning and ask analytical questions that elicit responses incorporating prior knowledge life experience and interests directly related to the content objectives.
- Work with a consultant and the Secondary ML Coach to ensure alignment with grade-level standards and the Integrated ESL courses.
Qualifications Required:
- Currently an ML teacher or ESL Certified teacher at WHS.
Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to sit stand walk talk hear and operate a computer.
