Whats the role
This is a hands on technology delivery leadership role where youll sit at the intersection of senior project delivery and early programme management. Youll be right in the detail leading delivery execution across multiple workstreams while keeping a strong line of sight on planning reporting and stakeholder alignment.
Based in Sydney / Warrane Gadigal Country this is a permanent role with hybrid working. Youll work closely with engineers product owners and agile delivery teams supporting end to end delivery from discovery through to release. Your days will involve guiding teams through SDLC facilitating delivery rhythms managing risks and dependencies and keeping delivery on track using tools like Jira and structured delivery plans.
Youll partner with senior stakeholders across technology and the business translating complexity into clear outcomes and helping teams navigate change with confidence. This role suits someone who enjoys being close to the work leading through influence and delivering meaningful technology outcomes in a fast moving environment
What do I need
Hands on experience delivering complex technology change in large enterprise environments with a strong background in technical delivery
Practical exposure to development environments and the full SDLC working closely with agile teams through Scrum rituals and delivery ceremonies
Confidence using Jira project planning tools and delivery tracking to manage execution across multiple workstreams
Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and technology teams with the ability to communicate clearly and lead through influence
Experience managing delivery financials including budgets forecasts risks issues and dependencies with a collaborative mindset and passion for improving how we deliver together
