About The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential metal re-roof projects. Your role will encompass the entire project lifecycle from site measures to final close-out. Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct site measures prepare accurate take-offs and deliver costings within targets.
- Manage material procurement and scheduling to support efficient project delivery.
- Coordinate material deliveries and resolve supply issues before delays occur.
- Oversee project execution while maintaining quality safety and compliance standards.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners insurers trades and key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate roof reports project records and ERP system updates daily.
- Track project progress closely and ensure timely completion and close-out activities.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Roofing roof plumbing or other relevant trade qualification is required.
- Residential metal roofing experience able to complete site measures independently.
- Insurance repair experience highly regarded and beneficial to project delivery.
- Strong understanding of margin protection and its impact on project success.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot across multiple site.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining compliance standards.
- Calm and adaptable under pressure performing effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills across homeowners tradespeople and stakeholders.
