What Youll Do:

Use Peachtree/Sage 50 for daily bookkeeping
Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Process invoices payments and payroll entries
Help with month-end close and reporting
Keep records neat accurate and audit-ready

MUST HAVE:

Experience with Peachtree (Sage 50) This is non-negotiable
Basic to mid-level accounting knowledge
Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus Points:

2 years bookkeeping experience
Familiar with Excel
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
