Pay: $21.00/hour base wage plus tips.

Requirements:
Expect weekend and holiday work. Previous bike rental experience preferred not !

About the role:
Bike rental attendants are the face of Ski Butlers at our on-site hotel service center locations. This role aims to provide a seamless experience for all hotel guests using the on-site bike rental program including equipment management instruction guest service and daily operations.

Primary Responsibilities:
Uphold brand standards through exceptional customer service while meeting our Key Customer Requirements:
KCR #1: On Time arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time
KCR #2: Communication setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service
KCR #3: Equipment choosing the right equipment for each guest
Assist guests with relevant information on-site hotel amenities and local mountain town knowledge
Setting up the next shift and future team members for success
Enhance the overall guest experience
Basic bike maintenance
