Job Summary
Sales and Estimating Coordinator
Were looking for a highly organized detail-oriented professional to support our Sales and Estimating teams. This is a dynamic multi-functional role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their work.
What Youll Do
- Support Sales and Estimating with proposals quote reviews tracking and reporting
- Maintain key systems and data (Salesforce labor rates project lists prequalifications)
- Coordinate marketing efforts including branded materials events and presentations
- Assist with website updates content and basic analytics
- Manage documentation such as Statements of Qualifications and compliance records
- Provide general administrative support (meeting minutes timesheets occasional travel etc.)
- Help maintain company records licenses and employee-related updates
What You Bring
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Solid communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Salesforce a plus)
- Office experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
