Sales Estimating and Marketing Coordinator

Were looking for a highly organized detail-oriented professional to support our Sales Estimating and Marketing teams. This is a dynamic multi-functional role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their work.

What Youll Do

• Support Sales and Estimating with proposals quote reviews tracking and reporting
• Maintain key systems and data (Salesforce labor rates project lists prequalifications)
• Coordinate marketing efforts including branded materials events and presentations
• Assist with website updates content and basic analytics
• Manage documentation such as Statements of Qualifications and compliance records
• Provide general administrative support (meeting minutes timesheets occasional travel etc.)
• Help maintain company records licenses and employee-related updates

What You Bring

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Solid communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Salesforce a plus)
• Office experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
