Job Summary
- IT Asset Management: Strong knowledge of IS/IT asset lifecycle management including acquisition deployment maintenance replacement and retirement of hardware and software assets
- Governance & Compliance: Ability to ensure compliance with internal policies contracts and regulatory requirements especially regarding software licensing and audits
- Cost & Inventory Control: Skills in tracking asset usage and costs optimizing asset utilization and maximizing return on investment
- Process & Coordination: Strong organizational skills and ability to work crossfunctionally with IT Procurement Finance and Security teams
Tools & Methods
- Asset & Inventory Tools: Experience maintaining accurate hardware and software inventories using IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools
- License Management: Handson experience managing software licenses and ensuring contractual compliance
- Reporting & Documentation: Ability to produce reliable asset data reports and documentation for audits and decisionmaking
Qualifications :
Experience & Background:
- Professional Experience: Proven experience in IS/IT asset management or a similar IT operations governance or support role
- Business Environment: Experience working in complex or regulated environments (defence aerospace or industrial sectors is a plus)
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail reliability and strong communication skills to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
