We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Change Manager to support large-scale organisational transformations within a fast-evolving environment in the energy sector.
In this role you will take ownership of end-to-end change management activities ensuring that transformation initiatives are successfully prepared implemented and embedded across the organisation. You will play a key role in aligning stakeholders driving adoption and ensuring that change is effectively integrated into business operations and culture.
- Design prepare and implement end-to-end change management strategies for organisational transformation initiatives.
- Define and execute structured change plans to support business adoption and transformation success.
- Monitor and coordinate all transformation activities across the organisation to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Advise on optimal implementation approaches and change scenarios.
- Conduct impact analyses and gather relevant insights to support decision-making.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement communication and engagement strategies.
- Facilitate workshops meetings and communication forums for key stakeholder groups.
- Support senior leadership and management in adopting behavioural and organisational change.
- Contribute actively to the execution of change actions and transformation roadmaps.
- Maintain develop and share expertise in change management methodologies and best practices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management roles.
- Experience within the Belgian energy sector (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Proven experience driving behavioural change at senior management or executive level.
- Strong understanding of energy market dynamics and regulatory context.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch or French with strong proficiency in the second national language.
- Strong command of English.
- Experience in business process optimisation and organisational transformation.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies such as:
- ADKAR (Prosci)
- Kotters Change Model
- Lewins Change Model
- Experience designing and delivering communication and engagement strategies.
- Strong facilitation stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
