The anticipated salary range for this role is between $158000.00and $205000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications experiences and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in system and software design to join our team. This is a full-stack role with a strong emphasis on backend development using C# and a focus on distributed systems architecture. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ownership-driven environments and is passionate about building scalable resilient systems.
Role Objectives
Contribute to the design and development of complex software systems that support various aspects of trade lifecycle processing
Implement distributed computing solutions using messaging technologies
Build on top of C# MassTransit framework to ensure system reliability and consistency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment
Own projects end-to-end from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring
Contribute to system design reviews code reviews and mentoring junior engineers

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
