Job Summary
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field
- 610 years of relevant infrastructure or systems engineering experience
- 10 years of diverse IT experience preferred; financial services experience is a plus
- Strong experience in mainframe infrastructure system programming or mainframe application development
- Direct hands-on mainframe experience is required
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across technical and business stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities
Technical Skills (Preferred)
- z/OS PARMLIB UNIX System Services HCD
- SMP/E and maintenance routines
- JCL IPL processes ISPF/TSO
- Installation and support of IBM operating systems and ISV software
- ITSM / ITIL practices including Release and Change Management
Experience building and sustaining enterprise mainframe platforms .
