Job Summary
Plan coordinate and deliver corporate functions community programmes and engagement activities to engage stakeholders and support the Corporations businesses and initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including community and media and facilitate constructive and effective management
Develop audience appropriate communication and publicity materials including press releases speeches presentations briefing notes and digital / social media content
Own end-to-end event and engagement delivery from planning and coordination to on site execution post event review and preparation of engagement summaries and key takeaways for internal reference and reporting
Coordinate closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth compliant and effective delivery of activities
Monitor stakeholder feedback and community sentiment across both offline and digital channels identify potential issues or risks and support timely engagement responses
Perform duties outside office hours as required to support events and engagement activities
Degree in Communications / Public Relations / Journalism / Marketing or a related discipline
A minimum of 5 years solid relevant experience in public relations marketing communications or event management preferably gained in sizable organisations
Hands-on experience in event & project management public relations (in-house or agency) and managing service providers is an advantage
Strong project management coordination and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively and independently across teams and with external stakeholders under tight timelines
Familiarity with using digital tools for communication content creation monitoring or reporting is an advantage
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
