Job Summary

End to End IT project management transition IT Service Delivery.

Client relationship management

Account status reporting Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer IT account management matters.

Design solutions for the clients and close agreements to maximize IT and business efficiencies

Meeting minutes highlighting risk and issues managing stakeholder expectation and internal teams in sync with the latest updates.

Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Regular connect call with client and Ops

Managing stakeholder expectation and delivering all IT business deliverables within the agreed timelines. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly service levels and annual forecasts) Regular connect with all major clients Maintaining risk register and highlighting risk and issues timely manner.

Ensure all audits are clean from a IT perspective

Maintaining procurement tracker and managing procurement activities

Look at the business pain areas and give efficient solutions using technology Reduction in no. of ticket

Understanding of Contractual obligations and adherence in Transition and Service Delivery states.

No miss on SLAs Accurate documentation - SDDs IM documents client and business-related information

  • IT Project Management when onboarding new clients.
  • Joining broader project management team for weekly updates on new transitions including weekly reporting to all stakeholders
  • Draw up project plans and timelines.
  • IT Procurement
  • Good communicator
  • Organizing IT resources to meet PMO/Client timelines.
  • Maintain relationship with client/client IT into BAU environment.
  • To collaborate with the I.T Managers and ensure the smooth running of their clients IT Operations
  • Take ownership of any IT outage that falls outside of usual BAU process organizing fastest possible resolutions with least amount of downtime.
  • Draft reports on IT Service Delivery and present the data to the Senior Management Team
  • Engage frequently with the customer to maintain awareness of customer expectations and service delivery experiences.
  • Be proactive and review business processes and suggest improvements identify opportunities and risks and suggest appropriate action.
  • Take ownership of Solution Design Document creation and maintenance into BAU. Regularly updating documents when required

Qualifications :

Education: Any Bachelors degree

PMPITIL other IT Certifications

Total Minimum exp 8-10 years

Location: Hyderabad (open for Pune and Vizag)
