Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50000 - $70000 annually
• Competitive benefits package available

Responsibilities

• Manage and process 80-100 commercial lines renewals ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure seamless handling of client accounts.
• Review and analyze policy terms conditions and coverage to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address questions provide updates and resolve any issues related to renewals.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all renewal activities and documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and policies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple renewals simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the insurance industry.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
