Job Summary
Miller Electric-Access Control/CCTVSenior ServiceTechnician responsibilities include programming testing commissioning installations of Integrated SecuritySystems includingbut not limited to Access Control IP-CCTV BiometricsIntrusionand Intercomwhich may include hardwaresoftwareand networking products.Strong knowledge ofcommercialsecurity basic networkingtroubleshooting and systems programming is required.
In addition to the above requirements thecandidatemustpossessstrong communications and organizational skills to ensure complete project success.Must also be able to shift focus and prioritizeworkloadto complete work in the allotted time.
This position may betoparticipateinon-callafterhourssupport or work different shifts based on company needs.This may include nights weekends and holidays.Some overnight travel may also be required from time to time. #miller #LI-JJ1
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Programmingtestingand commissioning security equipment
- Performing customer training
- Troubleshooting and systemdiagnostics
- Maintaining records andtimelyreporting
- Retaining system certifications
Qualifications
- 6 yrs working experience in commercialsecurity basic networkingtroubleshooting and systems programming is required.
- High School Diploma GED orAssociate Degree
- Valid FloridaDriversLicense
- Clean driving record
Must have at least two of the following certifications to apply
