Remuneration:$28.11p/hr Super NFPSalary Packaging(save tax and increase your take home pay) commission program for high performers

Your part in our Lifeline team
Along with your passionfor your local communityandleadinga store thatprovidesgreat customer serviceyouwill:
Demonstrate a passion for Lifeline and its purpose promoting its service and value to the community through personal actions behaviourspracticesand outcomes
Manage all aspects of a retail operation and delegate responsibilities whereappropriate toensure sound business practices are adhered to and sales targets areachieved
Work with staff and volunteers to review andmonitorpricing visual merchandisingpromotional events and selling techniques to ensure that profitability ismaintainedand improved
Maintain effective communication channels within direct team regional supportfunctions and external stakeholders andprovide assistance toteam members inhandling customer complaints / enquiries
Identifyissues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback
Setobjectivesand prioritise tasks ensuringobjectivesare tied to overall businessstrategy
Coach and develop direct reports daily ensuring development goals are linked tobusinessobjectivesand improved performance
What makes a difference for us
To be successful for this role you will need to be/have:
Be passionate about Lifeline and be able to articulate its purpose
Demonstrated experience in retail management (or hospitality management with a background in retail) including experience in coaching and mentoring people
Ability to delivera high levelof customer service and exceed customer expectations
Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals of all store roles including but not limited to customer service visual presentation onlinemarketingand stock control
Create a values driven diverse and safe employment environment that attractsengagesandretainsskilled employees and volunteers
Communicate promotional event information to maximise results
Identifyissues and opportunities based on trends and customer feedback
Setting and exceeding priorities to meet daily deadlines; developing plans to meet short-term objectives
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
Ability to use a retail business systems POS and Microsoft Office
