Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Run and manage all warehouse operations to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Operatereach truckssafely and effectively
• Oversee and assist withpick packing and order dispatch
• UseRF scanning systemsto manage stock movements accurately
• Manageinvoicing inventory control and stock accuracy
• Conductregular stock audits and cycle counts
• Ensure compliance with company procedures safety standards and best practices
• Handleadministration tasksrelated to warehouse operations and reporting
• Lead support and coordinate warehouse staff

About You

• Certificate III or IV inWarehousing and Logistics(required)
• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or senior role
• Strong hands-on experience withreach truck operation(valid licence preferred)
• Experience withRF scanning systems and inventory management software
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Competency in administration reporting and auditing processes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
