Clinical Operations Manager Cottesloe
Job Summary
- Salary: $113933 - $122414 plus Salary Packaging up to $18550
- Permanent full-time position
- Cottesloe hub location and Mosman Park satellite location
Rocky Bay is looking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic Clinical Operations Manager to lead develop and support a multi-disciplinary team of Allied Health professionals as well as build strong partnerships with stakeholders to identify new service and growth opportunities .
Duties
- Lead a geographically based interdisciplinary allied health team to deliver support to children adults and their families towards achieving greater independence and participation
- Supporting children and/or adults living with disability and their families according to best practice standards
- Driving the operational performance of your team
- Build relationships in the Community with our customers
What youll need to have:
- An Allied Health Tertiary Degree in either Occupational Therapy Physiotherapy or Speech Pathology
- Full Registration with AHPRA or membership with SPA
- Experience in leading and managing team performance
- Experience working with people living with disabilities in a community setting (desirable)
- Social work and exercise physiology background
