As a Home Health Aide (HHA) you are the heart of what we do.

What Youll Do:

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing dressing grooming)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Follow individualized care plans

What Were Looking For:

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
• Compassionate dependable and patient-focused
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to travel to patient homes
