Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Nursing Home

Job Summary
Youll provide hands-on nursing care in a long-term care environment in Glasgow Kentucky supporting residents under the direction of an RN or physician while helping them maintain independence safety and quality of life. New graduates are welcome.
Youll apply your LPN skills to provide direct resident care collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team communicate with residents and their families and support individualized care plans while following established nursing standards and facility procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform LPN nursing practice under the direction of an RN or physician.
- Observe and care for ill injured or infirm residents within scope of practice.
- Collect nursing data provide first aid for minor injuries and perform nursing procedures that safeguard resident health and safety.
- Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team while supporting nursing care activities teaching delegating and assisting staff as appropriate.
- Schedule patient activities and appointments communicate with families attend training and follow facility policies and procedures.
- Perform simple maintenance on medical treatment equipment as assigned.

Qualifications :
Requirements
- Active current unrestricted Kentucky LPN license.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to meet facility employment requirements.
- New graduates welcome.

Compensation Disclaimer:
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicants background experience skills internal equity and alignment with geographical market data.
