Job Summary
Youll provide comprehensive nursing care for residents in a long-term care environment in Glasgow Kentucky supporting assessment care planning medication administration health education documentation and interdisciplinary treatment planning. New graduates are welcome.
Youll apply your RN skills to assess residents develop individualized nursing care plans administer treatments and medications collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and support residents in maintaining their health independence and quality of life through individualized patient-centered care.

Work Schedule: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Use the nursing process of assessment planning intervention and evaluation to deliver individualized resident care.
- Provide care counseling health teaching medication administration and treatment support for ill injured or infirm residents.
- Promote health maintenance illness prevention and emergency response when required.
- Supervise teach and delegate nursing care activities while serving on treatment teams.
- Perform nursing assessments on new admissions and document essential entries accurately.
- Coordinate laboratory testing treatments family education and required documentation while following established facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications :
Requirements
- Active current unrestricted RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
- New graduates welcome.
- Ability to pass facility requirements.

Compensation Disclaimer:
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicants background experience skills internal equity and alignment with geographical market data.
