Key Individual Accountabilities

- To build the right strategy for the feasibility study as business starts from the project stage.
- Ensure optimal tooling and development budgets.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the die shop extrusion team and external customers to provide solutions and feasibility.
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Feasibility leads time.
- Counter drawing submission.
- Trial coordination.
- Sample inspection and submission to customers within lead time.

- Engage in negotiations with external vendors and suppliers fostering positive relationships and ensuring the fulfillment of contractual obligations.

- Good experience in identifying hazards and taking necessary corrective and preventive actions.
- Training and monitoring the team towards zero incidents/accidents.
- Good experience in aluminium profile feasibility counter drawing preparation customer-specific requirements and feasibility of press size die size and related requirements.
- Good experience in die inspection as per design and profile inspection as per counter drawings.
- Good interdepartmental coordination for trials and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good experience in quality control at source with strong control over die inspection data-based correction die assembly process monitoring and customer complaints.
