Job Summary

Marketing and sales of engineering products to new and existing clients Conducting customer visits technical presentations and product demonstrations Providing comprehensive customer support and technical training on product usage Diligently following up on payments and ensuring timely collections Preparing detailed reports sales forecasts and other essential documentation Assisting in product service troubleshooting and providing technical support Building and maintaining strong long-lasting customer relationships Identifying new business opportunities and expanding market reach

Requirements

2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills Familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid license for travel requirements Willingness to travel extensively within Pune and surrounding regions as needed Strong foundational knowledge in basic engineering principles and applications Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction
