Job Description:

We are looking for a strong Operating Unit Controller to partner with business leaders and drive financial performance across assigned business units. This role will lead financial planning monitoring and analysis while supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a finance business partner to business leaders supporting strategy development and execution
• Lead financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes for the assigned business unit
• Monitor financial performance (P&L margins cash flow) and provide actionable insights to improve profitability
• Translate business strategies into financial plans KPIs and measurable targets
• Perform financial analysis scenario planning and provide recommendations for key business decisions
• Drive cost optimization productivity improvement and working capital management
• Identify and manage financial and commercial risks ensuring compliance with corporate policies and standards
• Oversee financial reporting accuracy transparency and timely closing activities
• Establish and maintain internal controls and support internal/external audits
• Collaborate with regional/global finance teams accounting and shared service centers
• Lead and develop finance team members (e.g. FP&A analysts project controllers)
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting or related field
• Professional certification (e.g. CPA ACCA) is an advantage
• 5 years of experience in finance preferably in business controlling FP&A or commercial finance
• Experience with P&L management and team leadership
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA is a plus) and financial systems
• Self-driven results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a multinational environment
• Proactive mindset with ability to drive change and continuous improvement
• Good command of English
