Job Summary

Job Title: Network & Telephony Administrator
Location: Brussels Belgium (Hybrid Minimum 60% On-site)

We are looking for a Network & Telephony Administrator to support and maintain enterprise network security and IP telephony infrastructure within a dynamic ICT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor manage and maintain network infrastructure and telephony systems
Configure and support routers switches firewalls VPNs Wi-Fi controllers and security appliances
Manage network security tools including Fortigate firewalls and secure gateways
Support IP telephony and contact center solutions
Provide Level 2/3 technical support for network-related incidents
Participate in infrastructure improvements deployments and automation initiatives
Maintain network monitoring and capacity management tools

Requirements

Experience with Cisco networking equipment and Fortinet solutions
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP DNS VLAN VPN Wi-Fi and Windows environments
Understanding of network architecture security and resilience
Knowledge of scripting and infrastructure automation principles
French language proficiency required
Experience with Cisco IP telephony/contact center solutions is an advantage
