We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate a strategic digital transformation program within the public sector. The role focuses on managing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency digital services information exchange and citizen-facing processes.

• Lead and coordinate a large-scale digital transformation program from planning through implementation
• Manage relationships with government institutions public agencies law enforcement bodies and other stakeholders
• Develop and maintain a consolidated program roadmap aligned across all participating organizations
• Monitor project progress budgets timelines risks and dependencies
• Ensure delivery of program objectives within quality performance and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate governance meetings steering committees and operational working groups
• Drive stakeholder alignment and resolve cross-organizational challenges
• Coordinate communication between business IT management and external partners
• Identify implementation risks and define mitigation strategies
• Prepare executive reporting and provide visibility on program status and milestones
• Support the implementation of regulatory and legislative requirements within project timelines

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project and program management
• Proven experience managing complex multidisciplinary programs
• Strong experience within public sector or government environments
• Expertise in stakeholder management negotiation and organizational alignment
• Experience with Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies
• Strong analytical planning and governance skills
• Ability to bridge business and IT teams and communicate complex concepts clearly
• Strong leadership coaching and decision-making capabilities

• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of justice law enforcement mobility or public administration ecosystems
• Experience managing regulatory-driven transformation initiatives
