Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients and potential customers. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service answering inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist clients and customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Respond to phone calls emails and other inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

- Provide information and answer questions about our services properties and company policies

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and customers

- Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues

- Stay up-to-date with company products services and promotions

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous customer service experience preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills

- Real estate knowledge or experience is a plus but not required
