Position Overview:
As a Call Center Representative you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from clients and potential clients. You will be the first point of contact for our company and will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service. Your main goal will be to assist clients with their inquiries provide information about our services and schedule appointments for our agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide information about our company and services to potential clients
- Schedule appointments for clients with our agents
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Stay up-to-date with company policies services and promotions
- Meet and exceed set performance targets and goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed
