Torch is seeking a hands-on DevOps & Power Platform Engineer (Azure ADO Chatbots) who can bridge DevOps cloud infrastructure and low-code automation. This role will design build and maintain end-to-end solutions that connect backend services deployment pipelines and user-facing chatbot experiences. Youll work across the stackfrom CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to infrastructure running in Microsoft Azure to chatbot and workflow automation using Microsoft Power Virtual Agents and Microsoft Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (YAML-based pipelines release automation).
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure in Azure (VMs networking scaling cost optimization).
• Develop and integrate chatbots using Power Virtual Agents.
• Create automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Connect bots and workflows to backend APIs and services.
• Implement scripting and automation for VM lifecycle management (startup/shutdown monitoring).
• Troubleshoot issues across the full stack (bot API pipeline infrastructure).
• Collaborate with developers product owners and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• US Citizenship.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Clearance Requirements: Active or eligible for DoD Security Clearance.
• 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps (repos pipelines CI/CD).
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure (VMs networking storage).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform components:
  • Power Virtual Agents (chatbots)
  • Power Automate (workflow automation)
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell Python or Bash).
• Understanding of REST APIs and service integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates Bicep or Terraform).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor Application Insights).
• Knowledge of identity and access management in Azure.
• Experience integrating chatbots with enterprise systems (CRM ITSM etc.).
