Overview
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to support the setup management and optimization of our digital marketing ecosystem. We are an American mid-strength beer brand focused on building a modern approachable company with strong branding and a growing direct-to-consumer presence. This role is less focused on day-to-day social media posting and more on the backend strategy systems and performance marketing infrastructure that supports growth across Meta and e-commerce channels.
Work Structure & Requirements
- Work Structure: EST; Part-time two month contract to begin with
- Environment: Ideal for a digitally savvy operator comfortable working within an early-stage startup environment where systems are still being built.
- Rate: 10 USD per hour
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Media & Meta Ads Management
- Build manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Assist with media buying budget allocation and campaign scaling.
- Monitor performance and optimize based on ROAS CTR CPC and conversion data.
- Develop audience targeting strategies and demographic segmentation.
- Run A/B testing across different audiences campaign structures and creative directions.
2. Digital Marketing Infrastructure
- Implement and manage Meta Pixel and related tracking systems.
- Ensure website tracking and attribution systems are correctly configured.
- Support integration between e-commerce platforms advertising accounts and analytics tools.
- Create scalable backend systems for paid media and digital growth.
3. Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics and maintain organized documentation.
- Establish reporting frameworks and KPI tracking.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on campaign learnings and data trends.
4. Strategic Support
- Collaborate with founders on digital growth strategy and early-stage test and learn initiatives.
- Stay up to date with platform updates advertising trends and e-commerce best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 5 years in digital marketing paid media or Meta Ads management.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager Pixel implementation and conversion tracking systems.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce marketing and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
Attributes: Analytical mindset strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
