Job Summary
Job Title: French & English Sales Consultant (Retail Campaign)
Description
We are recruiting a French & English speaking Sales Consultant to join an international retail sales campaign based in Umhlanga Durban South Africa.
You will be responsible for engaging customers promoting retail products and driving sales through excellent communication and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales interactions in French and English
- Promote and upsell retail products and services
- Provide product information pricing and availability
- Convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales
- Manage objections and close sales effectively
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets
- Work towards performance KPIs
Requirements
- French (B2C2 level) spoken and written
- Strong English communication skills
- Matric / Grade 12 required
- Sales or call centre experience advantageous
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-driven mindset
- Ability to work shifts
