Job Summary

  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of critical and complex 5G Core (5GC) incidents.
  • Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
  • Act as the primary interface with OEMs/vendors for issue resolution escalation handling and patch validation.
  • Operate monitor and troubleshoot 5GC network functions including AMF SMF UPF PCF and UDM.
  • Manage and support cloud-native environments using Kubernetes and OpenStack platforms.
  • Utilize tools such as Wireshark Tcpdump Symworld and Radcom for troubleshooting and protocol analysis.
  • Support 24x7 operations in a rotational 3-shift model while meeting defined service SLOs.
  • Handle incident response timelines: P1/P2 within 1 hour P3 within 24 hours and P4 within 3 days.
  • Drive operational improvements and support automation initiatives for network operations efficiency.
  • Provide knowledge transfer sessions On-the-Job Training (OJT) and technical mentoring to team members.
  • Maintain and update knowledge base (KB) documents SOPs and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network stability performance and service availability.
  • Possess 10 years of telecom domain experience with strong expertise in 5G Core architecture.
  • Have 5 years of experience in NOC / Operations Support or 2 years in NOC management.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with containerized platforms and Kubernetes environments.
  • Exhibit strong troubleshooting analytical communication and vendor coordination skills.
