About the role
This role reports to the Head of Growth and is in person at our Brooklyn office.
As an SDR at Whop you are the top of the funnel - and the top of the spear. Your job is to find contact and qualify the creators sellers and digital entrepreneurs who belong on Whop then hand them off to our Account Executives ready to close. You own the earliest and most critical stage of our revenue pipeline. Your hustle is what fills the funnel.
Scope of work
- Prospect and identify high-potential creators online businesses and digital sellers who can scale on Whop
- Run high-volume outbound outreach via cold email DMs (X IG etc.) LinkedIn and phone to book qualified discovery calls
- Qualify both inbound and outbound leads so Account Executives spend time on the right conversations
- Become a Whop platform expert you can speak confidently to any sellers use case
- Maintain tight pipeline hygiene in Hubspot every touchpoint logged every follow-up tracked
- Experiment constantly with new outreach channels hooks and sequences share what works

- You are obsessed with the creator economy digital products and how internet businesses work
- You treat rejection as fuel and have a hunters mentality you dont wait for leads to come to you
- You are highly organized and can manage 100 active prospects without dropping the ball
- You are coachable you apply feedback fast and improve every week
- You have low ego and high output
- Prior SDR BDR or sales experience is a plus but drive matters more than a resume
Your first 90 days
- Within 30 days: You know the Whop platform inside and out. Youve completed your first outreach sequences and booked your first 30 qualified calls for the AE team.
- Within 60 days: Youre consistently hitting your weekly meeting-set quota. Your show rate is above 80% and youve identified your top-performing outreach channels.
- Within 90 days: Youre fully ramped. Your pipeline is healthy your AEs are closing deals you sourced and youre already working toward your path to Account Executive.
