The Opportunity:

As a Sales & Grants administrator you will support our accounts and admin team in a busy and dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in their day-to-day operations.
• Administer and assist with SEAI grant application process.
• Ensure accuracy of customer paperwork in conjunction with Salesforce.
• Complete administrative tasks within the pre-install and post- install phase of the customer journey.
• Effectively resolve customer queries.
• Liaise efficiently with office management and Sales teams.
• Adhere to and help evolve company procedures.
• Ad hoc duties within the administration team as the resourcing needs of the team require additional support in other areas.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ideally 2 years experience in an administrator position.
• Proficient in Excel and MS word essential.
• Strong administration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strone phone skills required.
• Organised and Dynamic.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and establish good working relationships.
• Live within a commutable distance of our HQ in Carrickmacross.
