- Must be fluent in speaking reading and writingboth English and Spanish
- Active Listening Skills able to give full attention to what clients are saying
- Ability to multitask
- Good computer and keyboarding skills
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Outgoing and energetic attitude
- Previous Call Center experience a plus (not required)
- Previous translating experience in work position a plus (not required)
- 1st Year Income $75000-$100000
