Job Responsibilities
- Executes financial due diligence analyses with moderate independence including quality of earnings normalized performance and working capital considerations.
- Supports preparation of client deliverables reports and supporting analyses.
- Participates in client interactions meetings and information-gathering discussions.
- Collaborates with engagement team members and specialists to support integrated deal insights.
- Applies sound judgment to identify issues trends and risks relevant to transaction decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- 16 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience performing financial due diligence audit or transaction-related analyses.
- Exposure to quality of earnings working capital or transaction modeling concepts.
- Progress toward CPA or equivalent professional certification.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize financial data into client-ready insights.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in client-facing environments.
Additional Role Expectations
- Travel: As required by engagement needs; may include local or national travel.
- Peak Periods: Increased workload during active transaction phases and reporting timelines.
- Scheduling: Flexibility to meet client deadlines and engagement delivery requirements.

At RSM an employees pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including but not limited to education skills work experience certifications location etc. As such pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $85100 - $161700Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
