Senior Associate Financial Due Diligence

Job Responsibilities

• Executes financial due diligence analyses with moderate independence including quality of earnings normalized performance and working capital considerations.
• Supports preparation of client deliverables reports and supporting analyses.
• Participates in client interactions meetings and information-gathering discussions.
• Collaborates with engagement team members and specialists to support integrated deal insights.
• Applies sound judgment to identify issues trends and risks relevant to transaction decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• 16 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing financial due diligence audit or transaction-related analyses.
• Exposure to quality of earnings working capital or transaction modeling concepts.
• Progress toward CPA or equivalent professional certification.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize financial data into client-ready insights.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in client-facing environments.

Additional Role Expectations

• Travel: As required by engagement needs; may include local or national travel.
• Peak Periods: Increased workload during active transaction phases and reporting timelines.
• Scheduling: Flexibility to meet client deadlines and engagement delivery requirements.
