This entry-level opportunity is perfect for candidates looking to start a long-term career path in staffing recruitment support and client engagement. You will receive structured hands-on training ongoing mentorship and clear advancement pathways within the organization. No prior customer service or recruiting experience is required.

As a Customer Service Associate you will work directly with business clients and candidates assisting with inquiries supporting hiring-related processes and helping ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout each interaction.

Primary Responsibilities

Engage with business clients and candidates during scheduled face-to-face meetings
Provide friendly professional and solution-oriented support throughout the hiring and service process
Answer questions regarding available staffing solutions job opportunities and recruitment services
Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships through clear and effective communication
Assist clients in identifying staffing solutions and talent needs that best fit their requirements
Maintain accurate records of client interactions candidate updates and scheduled appointments
Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement
Work closely with team members and recruiters to achieve daily weekly and monthly performance goals
Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on recruitment processes and professional development
