In this role you will lead Indigenous student recruitment and success for Fine Arts and Music. You will build relationships with communities and schools guiding students from first conversation to thriving on campus.
What you will deliver:
Design and implement Indigenous student recruitment and retention strategies aligned withfaculty and Wilin Centre priorities.
Plan and manage schoolcommunityand arts sector outreach including travel schedulesvisitsand on-campus engagement activities.
Support prospective students through enquiries applicationsauditionsand interviewsprovidingclear guidance onUniversityprocesses and requirements.
Coordinate transition and success initiatives that foster belongingwellbeingand academic confidence for Indigenous students.
Track evaluate and report on recruitment activitiestargetsand budgets to inform continuous improvement and strategic planning.
You may be a great fitifyou:
Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander under the relevant legislation and specialmeasureprovisions.
Haveexperience in Indigenous services delivery recruitment community programseducationor the arts or hold a relevant degree.
Bring strong trusted connections with diverse Indigenous communities andhavemotivationto grow new partnerships across regions.
Demonstrate success in recruitment outreach or student engagement with confident communication across varied audiences and contexts.
