Thisrolewillbeunderpinnedbypassionandambitionandthosewithexperiencein leading digital content and social campaigns within a creative agency will have anadvantage.

WearecurrentlylookingtohireaDigitalManagerwith2-3yearsbrandexperience

The Digital Manager willbe responsible forowningimplementingand iteratively improving the clients content planning and creation including audience engagementreachandgrowthtoneofvoiceoriginalformatdevelopmentcontent commissioning planning scheduling andoptimisationthrough to reporting on KPIs. You willprovide strategic recommendations and input every step ofthe way from campaign proposition and format development publishing plansoptimisation measurement and evaluation.

Thesuccessoftherolewillrelyonyourabilitytospotopportunitiestohelpour clients achieve their business ambitions.

What you will be doing:

  • The Digital Manager will act as theliaison between an organization and itsaudience.Theyactas the voicetoneand moderatorofthebrand through community support content distribution and digital engagement (across digitalplatformsacrossWebsiteFacebookLinkedIn)tobuildbrandpresence and trust both online and in-person.
  • Rolewillbe requiredtobothplan and implementdigital advertisingformats and budget across social platforms
  • Thejobrequiresengagingaudiencesdigitalplatformstoreachallaudiences where differentdigitalspaceshaveuniqueculturesandbestpracticescommunitymanagersmustbe theconsistenttone andvoiceofthebrand.
  • AsaDigitalManagerallyourmessagingcontentandcrisisobservation across networks should be prompt consistent with your brand and empathetic to create a loyal and delighted community.
  • PR - managing and extending a brands audience; engaging with the audienceacrosssocialplatforms(bothpositiveandnegative)alongsideclient
  • Voiceofconsumeranalysis
  • Preparereportsmakesuggestions
  • Capture trendingmomentsorsocialmediacontentandformat trendsonto be leveraged
  • Working closely with the team you will be representingthe voice of the consumermonitoringconversationspostingcontentand managing the daily operations of various social challenges.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • SocialMediaSavvyknowshowtobuildonlinecommunitiesengagewithcustomers
  • MustbefamiliarwithanyResponseManagementtoollikeSprinklrSocial Studio Social Bakers and others
  • ShouldbestronginMSofficeskills(ExcelPPTbasiclookupandadvanced excel would be an added advantage)
  • Abilitytoideateandworkwith creativeteamto createcontent fromreels photopostssnapslandingpagesbrandpagesetcRolerequiresacourteouspositiveand high-energy individual with great people skills. We valuehard work and we want to have fun doing it.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background of working with digital and socialagencies andmust excel in producing engaging and creativesocialmediaanddigitalworkacrossplanningstrategyandmedia. Aneditorialbackgroundandcreative skills such as Photoshopwould be anadvantage.
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI andnew technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
