Job Summary
We are urgently hiring for one of our direct client in Megaworld/ Iloilo in the Philippines.
Assistant Manager - Process Training
Location - Megaworld PH
Shift time - Rotating shift primarily on the graveyard schedule
Job Description:
- To ensure that all the trainings are conducted as per the plan.
- To support trainers in conducting the training.
- To prepare and maintain various process/Training related documents in English
- To maintain the database for all the trainings conducted over the last 2-3 years.
- To provide relevant data as and when necessary.
- To adhere to the requirements of supervisors.
- To create contents of the process as per the training and process requirements.
- Review assess and identify trainer strengths and opportunities.
- Plan and implement trainer developmental programs to prepare trainers for their next level development
- Assess and Conduct Training Needs Analysis for the program being supported.
- Plan recommend and implement training intervention programs as identified in the needs analysis.
- Work closely with the training Group manager and other stakeholders to create value for the training team
- Other adhoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Any Undergrad/ Grad / Post Grad Minimum 2 years holding the same position or equivalent role in training/learning and development
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies techniques and effective learning delivery Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training lifecycle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong grasp of TNI/TNA and is able to effectively communicate recommendations
- Travel Experience is a plus but not required.
