Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients via phone communication.

• Convert and retain trading clients from both new and existing leads.

• Promote and present the companys products and services effectively.

• Deliver professional support and ensure an outstanding customer experience for all clients.

• Provide proactive assistance with platform-related and financial trading inquiries.

• Keep clients informed about market trends updates and company campaigns.

• Guide new clients through the onboarding and trading process.

• Assist clients with deposit and withdrawal procedures.

• Inform clients about newly launched products promotions and special offers.

• Ensure full compliance with company policies internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 1 years of previous experience in Retention field

• Fluency in English both verbal and written is a must

• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to successfully close deals.

• Goal-oriented energetic and highly motivated personality.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Comfortable using computers and familiar with standard business software tools.

• Confident proactive and success-driven mindset.
