We are looking for a German-speaking Solutions Consultant with strong English skills to join a global customer care team based in this role you will assist users of various Google products such as Play Store Google Pay Google for Families Books Movies and other digital services. This role focuses on non-technical troubleshooting and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone email and chat for Google digital ecosystems.
Help users with issues related to app purchases refunds subscriptions payments family accounts digital content and account management.
Deliver clear step-by-step assistance and problem resolution.
Document interactions accurately in the internal systems.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
Native/Fluent German (C1C2).
Strong English skills (B2).
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work on-site in Sofia.
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Bulgaria is a strong advantage.
