Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Moderate content across various platforms ensuring compliance with community guidelines and company standards.
- Review user-generated content (text images and videos) to identify and remove inappropriate offensive or harmful content (e.g. hate speech graphic content policy violations).
- Enforce platform policies to ensure a safe and positive user experience.
- Escalate serious content violations to the appropriate teams.
- Provide valuable feedback on content trends and help improve moderation procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality content moderation and consistency across platforms.
Requirements:
- Fluent Norwegian (written and spoken) and good English skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick accurate decisions.
- Comfortable handling sensitive content and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- No prior experience required training will be provided.
