The Product Coordinator team plays a vital role in delivering value to enterprise clients. Made up of ambitious professionals the team currently consists of 10 members and is expected to grow to 1520. Product Coordinators work directly with end users to build use cases configure workspaces and drive product adoption.
As the team scales our client is looking for a dedicated Team Lead to take ownership of the operational management of the groupensuring the team operates efficiently continuously improves and consistently delivers high-quality results for clients.
This is a leadership role with significant ownership and autonomy. You will work closely with senior leadership while driving the teams operations processes and growth.

Duration: 12 months with a good chance of extension
Full-time 40 hours/week remote
What Youll Do
Team Operations
Manage team workload and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and balanced capacity.
Forecast hiring needs and support team scaling based on client demand.
Match team members to projects based on skills and business needs.
Hiring & Onboarding
Lead the recruitment process for new Product Coordinators from screening to hiring recommendations.
Create and manage effective onboarding and offboarding processes.
Support knowledge sharing and smooth team transitions.
Team Development
Identify skill gaps and drive ongoing training and development initiatives.
Maintain internal documentation and best-practice resources.
Ensure the team stays up to date on new product features and capabilities.
Must-Haves
4 years of experience in operations team coordination customer success or a related field.
Proven experience leading or managing a team including hiring onboarding performance management and daily coordination.
Strong interest in AI and enthusiasm for using AI tools to improve processes and workflows.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take ownership with minimal oversight.
Experience working in a SaaS or technology environment.
A growth mindset with curiosity adaptability and excitement about building in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to Have
Experience managing distributed or remote teams across multiple geographies.
Familiarity with workforce planning capacity modelling or resource management tools.
Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools automation platforms or prompt engineering.
