What Youll Do At Elekta:
As a Logistics Coordinator you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of customer orders and essential products used by healthcare providers around the world. Working closely with customers Business Units and internal stakeholders you will coordinate the order-to-delivery process helping ensure shipments are delivered on time and with a high level of service. You will also contribute to continuous improvements across our logistics operations helping us support healthcare providers in delivering life-changing care to patients globally.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
- Manage customer orders and consumable orders through the M3 order management system.
- Coordinate and communicate with customers Business Units and internal stakeholders throughout the order process.
- Ensure orders are delivered on time and resolve shipping and delivery-related queries.
- Prepare import and export documentation and arrange transportation bookings.
- Provide timely updates on project and order status to customers and internal teams.
- Support outbound logistics activities including KPI monitoring and reporting.
- Manage activities related to letters of credit.
- Coordinate labeling requirements and shipments to designated warehouses.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and service excellence.
What Youll Bring:
- Experience in a logistics order management or customer coordination role.
- Experience managing customer orders from receipt through delivery.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP M3 or similar.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A structured independent and service-oriented approach.
- A strong focus on quality accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills in both Swedish and English written and spoken.
